PWEA Constitution
The Constitution serves to clarify our purpose, delineate our basic structure, provide the cornerstone for building an effective group, and also allow members and potential members to have a better understanding of what the organization is all about and how it functions.
PWEA Bylaws
Bylaws set forth in detail the procedures our group must follow to conduct business in an orderly manner. They provide further definition to the articles of the constitution and can be changed more easily as the needs of the organization change.
Roberts Rules of Order
Enables assemblies, with due regard for every member’s opinion, to find the general will in all matters of varying complexity in a minimum amount of time & under all kinds of internal climate – from total harmony to hardened or impassioned division of opinion.
Election Guidelines
Provides a comprehensive set of rules to effectively manage and administer elections & covers administration subjects ranging from procedures conducted prior to an election to post-election management.
Board Nomination Petition
Official PWEA Nominating Petition required for Director Elections. Lays out specific requirements for the various positions. Deadline for this year’s petitions is January 28, 2022 at 4:30PM at the PWEA Office.
